Not ideal for adults, but decent overall

The spa services were out of this world I had the hydrotherapy and it was honestly the best part of the stay the staff was friendly and really made you feel relaxed. Also, the main lobby area was stunning and spacious lots of seating and a nice atmosphere to enjoy a drink.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable, especially considering the amenities they offered.

I loved my stay here, especially the rooftop jacuzzi in my upgraded room and the responsive service from my butler, Brie, who was super helpful. The spa was so relaxing, and I enjoyed some great massages and lounging by the infinity pool. The only downside was a bit of a wait during check-in, but it didn’t sour my overall experience. 🌊

I loved the ambiance on the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast. However, check-in took way too long. After arriving at 10 PM, I waited an hour only to be told I was at the wrong desk. Another hour at the correct desk felt unnecessary, especially when I just wanted to get to my room. On top of that, the pool had debris floating on several occasions, which wasn’t the best experience for swimming. The air conditioning was great but occasionally struggled during peak dinner hours. I appreciated the effort from the housekeeping. they managed to change linens quickly when there were issues. Overall, the resort has potential but needs to fix a few logistic issues to enhance the experience.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite hit the mark—average at best, and the drinks seemed watered down to the point of being ineffective. There's also a noticeable issue with cleanliness. my room had some dirty spots upon arrival, and even after requesting cleaning, it didn’t get resolved promptly. Plus, prepare for the raccoons that roam about at night, which isn’t ideal when you want to relax in peace. Lastly, the amenities felt overextended during busy hours, making it seem more cramped than I'd like.

Good pick for a couple of nights in Puerto Morelos with a decent price-quality ratio. The water activity instructors were really engaging and made the experience fun. Try to avoid peak times at the restaurant to beat the crowds.
